Special notice for Halloween Costumes. Due to the special category of items, any halloween costumes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We apologize for the inconveniences.

ANY product name that starts with 4 digits are not eligible for returns/exchanges due to the special operational process. We apologize for the inconveniences.

Returns & exchanges can only be applied to any regular priced items. Items can only be returned for Store Credit. For returns/exchanges, unless items are received wrong, or damaged, customers are responsible for postages.

The item must be unworn, with the labels still attached and must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

*If it is evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, we cannot honor the exchange and your item will be returned to you as a courtesy.

Please allow up to 3 business days after receipt of delivery for processing of exchanges & returns.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don't need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
