Exchange & Return Policy
If you are unhappy with an item or an item does not fit, we can offer you an exchange/return. Items may only be returned for Store Credit, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges/returns can be processed as soon as we receive the original item. Please allow 1-3 business days after receipt of delivery for processing of exchanges & returns.
The item must be unworn, with the labels still attached and must be sent back within 14 days. Please return items in an unworn and undamaged condition. *If it is evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, we cannot honor the exchange and your item will be returned to you as a courtesy.
*** Due to the product nature, body jewelers, body chains & harnessed are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
Please do your best to choose correct sizes as we do not offer free exchanges/returns. This means you will need to cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We recommend exchange/return shipments are trackable as we cannot accept liability for items that are lost in the mail. For exchanges, kindly pay the postage back to us and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Only because we love you so much!
Many of our products are handmade! However, we very rarely have issues with quality. In this unlikely event, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of delivery to declare any issues. *Please do not wear the item or remove the tags if you intend to exchange it.
